Welcome to USA Fit Galveston. We are a training program for runners and walkers designed with the goal of completing Galveston's Seawall Half Marathon on November 20, 2010, and have fun doing it. For those with their eye on the Chevron Houston Marathon or Aramco Houston Half Marathon, we will continue our training after the Seawall Half and be prepared to complete these events. Upon joining, you will receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs, access to trained coaches, informational seminars and a USA Fit Galveston Training T-shirt.
Ask anyone who has completed their goal of getting in shape or finishing a marathon or half marathon, and I'm sure they will tell you it has truly changed his/her life. You will feel fitter, happier, and mentally much stronger; and all in a short 28 weeks.
Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, this half marathon training program is the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in the best shape of your life.
