Our 2017 Spring Training season officially begins Monday, April 3rd, at 6pm. Location will be mailed out to participants.

This is a FUN yet challenging program. We welcome all persons of all skill levels! We also welcome school-aged children to join us! This can be a wonderful beginning to running OR the perfect time to develop speed.

Spring Training meets Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm. Location will be emailed to all registrants prior to April 3rd.

Please bring to each session:

  • water or electrolyte beverage (sugary drinks are not necessary)
  • mat or towel for core work and stretching (mat is preferable; there are sometimes stickers in the grass)
  • Good running shoes
  • Bug spray (optional)

If you are unable to join us in the first week or two, don’t fret – just contact Kim at or 409-539-5150 and talk with her about options.

You are welcome to join us at FIT TRI RUN on Saturdays at either 6am or 7am (call the shop or check our FB page for start time – it depends on the weather/ heat) and Thursdays at 6pm for a social run/walk!
